In  1972, graduated with a degree in Business from San Jose State University and received his license as a real estate broker.  He has been selling residential real estate for 34 years in Cupertino and the neighboring areas, and investment properties in other parts of California, Hawaii, Texas and Arizona. He is a member of Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, RE-Infolink Multiple Listing Services, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Peggy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah, and moved to San Jose, California in 1968, where she accepted a position with a leading title company. After 20 years in the title and escrow industry, working her way up to Executive Vice President in charge of Escrow Operations for 10 offices, she and John started their own real estate business - Cupertino Properties in 1989.

John and Peggy work as a team. John previews and shows homes to buyers, and represents buyers or sellers when negotiating a purchase or a sale of a home. Peggy handles the marketing of the home for sale and all escrow responsibilities for purchases and sales.

John and Peggy take a personal interest in their clients and the homes they represent. They have lived in Cupertino for 30 years and have 4 children. For this reason, they feel strongly that they can offer their clients not only the advantage of over 34 years of real estate experience, but insight into the strength and vitality of this dynamic and exciting place, Silicon Valley.
